When a structure needs to come down, A&V Backhoe Services handles it from start to finish — demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup. Structural Demolition

Our excavators and backhoes handle selective and full demolition on wood-frame, masonry, and metal structures. Selective demo — where you're taking out a portion of a building or specific elements — requires experienced operators who can work precisely without damaging what stays. Full demolition gets the whole structure down efficiently and safely.

We follow all applicable safety protocols, disconnect and cap utilities before starting work, and coordinate with your project manager or engineer when demo is part of a larger construction sequence.

Debris Removal and Haul-Off

Demo is only half the job — the debris has to go somewhere. We load and haul construction debris, demolition waste, and site material to appropriate disposal or recycling facilities. Our dump trucks handle the load cycles to keep the site moving. We don't leave a pile on your lot and walk away.

Site Restoration After Demo

After the structure is down and debris is gone, the site needs to be graded and restored. We cut stumps, remove foundations when required, fill basements and pits, grade the surface, and leave the lot ready for its next use. A clean, level lot after demo is the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
